Why should I take this course?
Experience the peace of being in your true nature. Meditation attunes us to the frequency of that which we truly are. But what are we? Science tells us that we are energy vibrating at different frequencies. How we feel throughout our day is determined by the frequency at which we are vibrating - "our vibe."
Enjoy a step-by-step introduction to a simple practice that connects you to the frequency of the earth, easing your nervous system into parasympathetic and allowing the tension to drain from your body. The practice guides you into filling the empty space left by the tension with more “you”, leaving you with a sense of homecoming and relaxation.
The mind can be busy and the body can feel tight with all of our pent up energy and emotions. This can distract us from being able to feel…anything! Movement is the key. It’s easier for the body to drop into rest and relaxation after a movement session. During the retreat, we bridge the gap from everyday distraction to present time attunement with movement and sound.

In this retreat I will share Somatic Movement, Ecstatic Dance and Energy Healing Meditation Practices and tools. My Grandmother was an energy healer and she passed down the gift to me. My innate gifts and talents are alive in me plus I have been ordained in a profound and powerful healing practice. I have been offering personalized healing sessions since 2012. Over the past yearI took a break and had my breast implants removed and went on my own internal healing journey. In 2026 I am excited to re-open my healing practice and hold space for others to remember who they are and why they are here.

Hi I'm Rachel. My passion revolves around raising consciousness on the planet through collective holistic food pathways and community hubs. I am a yoga teacher who is also focused on the nervous system, fascia release and holistic healing. I continue to enjoy teaching people about healthy cooking for a balanced lifestyle and love sharing my gifts with others through my courses. I love helping people make their food prep and meal planning easy, fun and healthy!
