Star Triana

I am Arielle Star Triana, author of Heal Through Dance and originator of this somatic movement lineage that blends free form ecstatic dance with embodiment practices including grounding, breathwork, movement and guided meditation. This practice helps you get out of your thinking mind and connected with your body and energy.  Heal and release trauma, stress and tension from the body.
