Arielle Star Triana is a leading authority in somatic movement and ecstatic dance. As the author of Heal Through Dance: A Guidebook for Creating Your Own Somatic Movement Practices, Star has dedicated her career to helping others reconnect with their bodies through rhythm and ritual.

Since 2009, she has facilitated transformative training programs, empowering hundreds of women to step into leadership roles as healing dance facilitators. Her journey began in 2004 when she left a corporate career to pursue a calling in yoga and meditation—a path that led her to live and study in India for five years.
