Meet the teacher

Star Triana

Born as Arielle Star, she is a leading teacher in the field of somatic movement and ecstatic dance and author of Heal Through Dance: A guidebook for creating your own somatic movement practices. Star has been offering facilitator training since 2009 and has helped hundreds of women step into leadership through the facilitation of healing dance. When Star left her corporate career in 2004 it was to follow the calling to become a yoga and meditation teach. Her journey took her to live in India for nearly 5 years before returning to the United States.  She brings her knowledge from the East and has combined it with dance and somatic movement to create the Heal Through Dance: Somatic Movement & Ecstatic Dance Facilitator Training Course and Book.
