In this series, you’re invited into slow, intuitive movement and breath to help your get grounded in your body and release tension, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms.

Allowing Expression

As sensation becomes more familiar, you may notice impulses, rhythms, or gestures emerging — or you may simply continue exploring subtle movement and stillness.

Awaken Sensation

You may become aware of subtle shifts, textures, impulses, or areas that feel more alive — or places that feel quiet or neutral. Sometimes the first sensation that presents when we begin to attune to our body is the feeling of numbness. In our somatic practices we want to melt away the numbness

I am Star Triana, founder of Heal through Dance. I have been a professional somatic dance trainer since 2009 and I've educated and empowered many women to improve their health and boost their confidence. My classes are for all levels and can help you to build your nervous system fitness and strengthen your self confidence and embodied conscious awareness.
